Jamie Andes is the Director of Program Management for Spear’s Engineering team. He holds a B.S. in Marketing & Management from the University of Central Missouri and an MBA from UMKC with over 18 years of experience in product development.
As part of the original Spear startup team, Jamie has been an integral part of Spear’s growth and development throughout the years – managing multimillion-dollar projects from order receipt to job completion. Putting his eight years of battery technology experience to use, Jamie serves as the primary communication link between Spear customers and the Engineering team and works tirelessly to ensure that customer needs are understood and met in a timely fashion.
