Scott Marshall is Vice President of Manufacturing Operations and is responsible for Spear’s manufacturing as well as warehouse and inventory management and purchasing. Scott holds a B.S. in Engineering with an M.S. in engineering management as well as an MBA.
Scott has a long history in the automotive background with 16 years at Ford Motor Co. working in design, development, and manufacturing operations and additional work in the metal and fabrication industries. Scott’s history embodies Spear’s global mindset with national and international experience in both foreign and domestic businesses. He spent 4 years in the Czech Republic establishing a manufacturing presence for Ford as well as 7 years running operations for a Swiss Tier 1 automotive supplier. Today, Scott oversees the entirety of Spear’s manufacturing processes and ensures that it moves as a single well-oiled machine.
