With more than 17 years of experience in automotive and industrial products manufacturing, Melody has a strong history of driving company growth.
In her past experiences, Melody has led a host of projects from strategic planning, mergers, investor relations, as well as tax and controllership functions. Drawing from IT, HR, and operations management experience, she has a strong team-oriented approach to business that has brought repeated successes throughout her career. Melody works diligently to put Spear’s best financial foot forward.
