Eileen Tausch is the Applications Engineering Manager at Spear Power Systems and received a BS and MS in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of Michigan. Eileen holds Professional Engineering licenses in both Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering as well as Electrical Engineering in Washington State. Eileen has more than 6 years of experience in the marine industry with a focus in vessel design and electrification.
Eileen manages Spear’s talented global applications team that has a strong presence in North America, South America, and Europe. Her day-to-day activities include engaging with customers around the world and defining the optimal application solutions from Spear’s repertoire of safe and versatile energy storage system product families.
